Food Allergen information
The here mentioned allergen information refers to the ingredients used in accordance with the recipe. However, we use cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soybeans, milk, nuts (tree nuts), celery, mustard, sesame seeds, sulfur dioxide and sulfites, lupine, and mollusks in our facility. Therefore, we cannot guarantee that - despite thorough cleansing after each work step - unavoidable cross-contamination may not occur and that the food does not contain traces of allergens.
