Nordica publishes flight schedules up to 12 months in advance to give you as much time as possible to plan your trips. After we publish our flight schedules, we may make some adjustments to accommodate changes to aircraft and routes. These adjustments can include one or more of the following:

  • Changes to flight departure or arrival times
  • Changes in frequency of flights
  • Addition or discontinuation of routes
  • Changes to type of aircraft

How will I know if there's a schedule change that affects my itinerary?

It depends on how you booked your flight. If you booked through Nordica call centre or via LOT Polish Airlines then Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines will contact you by an email or call you to let you know about any significant changes.

If you booked through a travel agency, a travel website or an airline other than Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines, that source is responsible for notifying you of a schedule change. You can also view any changes to your reservation by reaching out to the source you booked your ticket from or by Nordica homepage at https://www.nordica.ee/en/manage-my-flight/

What if the schedule change doesn’t work for my travel plans?

Most schedule changes are minor, but if the changes don’t work for you, flight options may be available.

If you want to explore other options, it’s important to know who to contact for assistance with a schedule change, and that depends on how you booked your flights:

  • Booked through a travel agency or travel website

If you booked your flights through a travel agency or a travel website such as Estravel or Expedia etc., you should receive notification of the change from them, and you should contact them for assistance with your reservation.

  • Booked through an airline other than Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines

If you booked your flights through an airline other than Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines, you should receive notification of the change from that airline, and you should contact them for assistance with your reservation.

  • Booked directly with Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines

If you booked your flights directly with Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines (through LOT.com, Nordica.,ee or by phone through the Nordica Call Centre), you’ll also be able to review your updated itinerary at https://www.nordica.ee/en/manage-my-flight/. Nordica or LOT Polish Airlines will contact you if schedule change affects your travel plans.

Rebooking options if a schedule change has affected your itinerary

  • Your origin and destination will have to be the same as on your original itinerary – unless you accept or want some other alternative
  • If you have a connection, you may be able to choose a different connecting city or airport to reach to your final destination,
  • Alternative flights must be operated by Nordica airline partners.

If we aren't able to find any other flights that meet your needs, requesting a refund may be an option.

My flight has been cancelled but no one has contacted me

Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you. It can happen that it will take some time if there is a lot of time between current date and your travel date as our Service Centre will handle passenger travel itineraries which have travel date earlier. Please be informed that Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you well in advance to offer you flight alternatives.

Do I need to pay extra for alternative flights if my flight is cancelled?

No. Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you to offer alternative flights which allow you to reach you to your final destination. Please be informed that Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you well in advance to offer you flight alternatives.

I have a connecting flight but my Nordica/LOT Polish Airlines flight segment is cancelled. What happens now?

Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you. It can happen that it will take some time if there is a lot of time between current date and your travel date as our Service Centre will handle passenger travel itineraries which have travel date earlier. Please be informed that Nordica, LOT Polish Airlines or your Travel Agency will contact you well in advance to offer you flight alternatives.
